When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Once your order is processed, delivery takes 5 to 12 business days to your address.

 

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please contact us with your order number at support@northfashland.com or by a phone call at +1 719-326-1247. Please keep note that we only operate during business days from Monday to Friday starting 8:00AM to 5:00PM (MT).

 

Why is my tracking number not showing any information?

Tracking information will be available once the package is handled by the carrier. However, there may be a slight delay in updating tracking data. We recommend checking again after a few hours.

 

How can I exchange or return my order?

To return an item:

  • Contact our customer service at support@northfashland.com or at +1 719-326-1247
  • Please include your name, order number (found in the confirmation email), and the reason for the return.
  • We will then provide you with the return address and instructions.

 

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.
Please also check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that the tracking link may take a short time to activate.

 

Are there shipping costs?

Free shipping for all orders in the US.

 

How much does a return cost?

Return shipping is at your expense. The price depends on the carrier you choose. Check the carrier's website for details.

 

How can I cancel or change an order?

To cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@northfashland.com

Please note that after 2 hours your order may have been shipped and can no longer be changed.

 

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number you received by email.
Enter the number on our tracking page to see the status of your delivery.

 

I haven't received my order confirmation. What do I do?

This can happen. If you have not received your confirmation email, please contact us at support@northfashland.com with your full name and email address. We will help you as soon as possible.

 

I am not satisfied with my parcel
