Handling Time

1 to 3 business days for order preparation and shipment (Monday to Friday). Please note that processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Mountain Time) or on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, the delivery time is 5 to 12 business days. Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday.

Orders will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Delivery may be delayed due to factors such as customs clearance, transportation issues, or incorrect address information. If there are any issues, our support team is ready to assist you.

Shipping Fees and Zones

  • Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all orders within the US. No additional fees will apply within all the states.
  • Shipping Zones: We currently ship to the United States only.

Modify or Cancel an Order

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@northfashland.com . Once your order has been shipped, no changes can be made.

For every order, you will receive:

  • An email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

You can check your order status anytime using the tracking number provided.
